I’ve been skiing since I was five years old. After earning my doctorate in physical therapy, my ski friends quickly realized I had the answers to their injury-related questions. Now, I’m often asked how they can return to the slopes faster and with confidence, avoiding reinjury. Recognizing the value of the advice I’ve provided, I created this Pre-Season Checklist to address the most common concerns I encounter about ski injuries and performance. I’ve dedicated my practice to working exclusively with the ski community, driven by the belief that skiing can be enjoyed at any age with the right physical training and mindset!
