About Me


I’ve been skiing since the age of five. After earning my doctorate in physical therapy, my ski friends quickly realized I had the answers to their injury-related questions. I’m frequently asked how they can get back on the slopes quickly and confidently while minimizing the risk of reinjury. Seeing the value in the guidance I’ve provided, I developed this Post-Injury Return To Ski Checklist to address the most common concerns I encounter regarding ski injuries and recovery. My practice is dedicated to the ski community, rooted in the belief that skiing can be enjoyed at any age with the right physical preparation and mindset!
